Program Overview
A restorative, stage-based series designed to support new parents as they heal, adjust, and grow in the months following birth — with expert-led classes tailored to their postpartum journey.
- Two unique series: Fourth Trimester Recovery & New Parent Support
- Each course includes 6 weekly classes
- $400 per course (includes all 6 classes)
- Join based on your current stage — or take both for continued support
through baby’s first year

Guided Support for Every Stage

6 Months to 1 Year
This program supports parents of babies 6–12 months with tools, insights, and peer connection. Topics include infant sleep and feeding, soothing, routine building, relationship shifts, and finding balance. Babies welcome to attend.

1 to 2 Years
This program supports parents of toddlers 1-2 years with tools, insights, and peer connection. Topics include behavior and boundaries, toddler communication, sleep transitions, growing independence, and nurturing connection.

Bethany Suzanne
Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Bethany Suzanne grew up in a lively household surrounded by siblings and a close-knit, multigenerational community. From a young age, her free spirit and compassionate heart revealed a natural gift for nurturing, uplifting, and empowering those around her.
Bethany has dedicated her life to holistic growth and connection—immersing herself in studies, international travel, dance, fitness, wellness, and deep community involvement. Her journey has included overcoming personal challenges while walking alongside families across the globe, offering support as they navigate their own paths with strength and resilience.
